About GameTime Management

Duncan M. Lloyd, Esq.

Duncan Lloyd, Esq.As an agent since 2008, I’ve successfully recruited and placed clients in the first divisions of leagues on five continents as well as the NBA D-League. My passion is personally working with each GTM client and his family in order to understand, and then achieve, his goals as a basketball player and young professional both on and off the court. Building off of my previous experience as corporate counsel as well as currently practicing as a trial attorney, I regularly assist clients in their domestic and international marketing efforts, dual citizenship and visa processes, employment contract procurement and negotiation, and dispute resolution. I’m proud to have a network that can open any door for each GTM client and, if any issue arises, the skill set to aggressively protect and enforce the personal and financial interests of GTM’s clients and their families. I am a licensed agent by the NBPA, FIBA, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the State of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Raymond Baraldi, Esq.

Raymond Baraldi, Esq.I began as a junior agent at Astor Sports in Philadelphia while in law school. At Astor, my passion for scouting, film breakdown, statistical analysis, and basketball-focused strength and conditioning training took off. Now in my fifth year as Director of Scouting and Player Development at GameTime Management, I have vast experience scouting collegiate players at all levels (D-I, D-II, D-III, and the NAIA) and take pride in leaving no stone unturned, both on and off the court, for the benefit of each GTM client.

Jeffrey S. Allen

Jeffrey S. AllenWhen I began as an agent in 2007, my objective was to provide every client with an honest evaluation of their abilities as well as devise a plan that would help them to reach their professional goals. That plan and passion continue to this day. My experience as a former player (after playing collegiately at Rutgers and St. John’s, I was the 56th overall pick in the 1984 NBA Draft – arguably the best draft in the League’s history) gives me an insight to the game that many agents do not have. In addition, playing in Europe from 1984 to 1992 allowed me to get a hands-on understanding of the inner workings of the European leagues, personnel, and style of play. I have been successful in placing players on top teams and leagues in both Europe and South America. Additionally, I have placed clients onto NBA Summer League teams and have also had clients get evaluated in private NBA workouts.
